KU Symphony Orchestra to highlight Romeo and Juliet theme with first concert of the season
LAWRENCE-The University of Kansas Symphony Orchestra will present its first concert of the season on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, 7:30 PM, at the Lied Center of Kansas.
This concert, conducted by David Neely, KU Director of Orchestral Activities, will feature works by Tchaikovsky, Bernstein and Prokofiev, all themed around Romeo and Juliet.
Concert tickets are $7/general admission and $5/students and seniors (+ a $1 Lied Center service fee per ticket). Tickets can be purchased at the Lied Box Office or by calling 785-864-2787
